Terms of Service

LuckySunday helps estate-sale and estate-transition professionals inventory, price, publish, and track the sale of estate assets, including AI-assisted identification and pricing. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the service. The account owner is responsible for billing.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of credits used for AI actions (for example, pricing a photographed item or running Deep Research). Included monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Optional credit top-up bundles are available to active subscribers, are consumed only after your monthly credits, and expire one year after purchase. Free-trial credits and a one-project limit apply to trial accounts.

You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the plan and any top-ups you purchase, and for automatic renewals until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to violate any applicable law. You are responsible for having the right to inventory and sell the assets you list.

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content to provide the service (including sending images to our AI provider for identification and pricing).

AI identifications and price estimates are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate. They are not appraisals. You are responsible for reviewing and setting final prices.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lemonade Stand S2 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
