Refund Policy

We want LuckySunday to be worth it. This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial — a set of included credits and a single project — so you can evaluate the full workflow before paying. No card is required to start the trial.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (or the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. Because plans are month-to-month, we generally do not provide partial refunds for the current period.

Credits

Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Credit top-up bundles are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.

If you were charged in error, experienced a billing problem, or aren't happy with the service, email us at support@luckysunday.ai within 30 days of the charge and we'll work with you in good faith to make it right, including refunds where appropriate.
