Privacy Policy

Account information you provide — name, email, business name, and password. Content you upload — estate photos, item details, prices, and sale information. Information other people give a sale organizer — sign-up lists, item claims, and notes a family leaves about individual pieces (see the two sections below). Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect or store your payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy.

To provide and improve the service, process your inventory with AI identification and pricing, operate public sale pages you choose to publish, process payments, send service and billing emails, and provide support.

A sale organizer can add an early-access sign-up form to a public sale page. If you join one, the name and email you provide are shared only with that organizer, so they can tell you about that sale and hold your place in line. Each list is scoped to a single sale — we do not combine lists across organizers, add you to any marketing list of ours, or sell or share your information. Communications come from the organizer, so ask them to be removed, or email us at support@luckysunday.ai and we'll remove you.

A sale organizer can create a private link for the family or executor of the estate they are handling. That page shows the inventory without prices and lets a family member write what they know about individual pieces — who made something, where it came from, what it was for. If you write a note there, the note and any name or relationship you choose to add are shared only with that organizer, and are used to help them price the piece. Notes are never shown on the public sale page.

Your note is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) as text, along with the item's details, to produce a suggested price for the organizer. Name and relationship fields are optional, and links expire automatically. We also record the IP addressof the most recent submission on a link, to limit abuse of a page that has no password. To have a note removed, ask the organizer who sent you the link — they can delete it outright — or email us at support@luckysunday.ai.

If a sale organizer turns on item claiming, the name, email, phone, and address you submit to claim an item are shared only with that organizer, so they can arrange the sale with you. We do not add you to any marketing list, and we do not sell or share this information.

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI identification and pricing — uploaded photos, item details, and any notes provided about an item), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (privacy-preserving product analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

We use privacy-preserving product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the service is used and improve it. We do notuse advertising cookies; an anonymous identifier is stored in your browser's local storage. Session recordings, where captured, mask all text and form inputs and are configured to exclude personal and claimant information.

When you publish a sale, the items, photos, descriptions, and prices you choose become publicly viewable at the link you share. Private notes and pricing evidence are never shown publicly. Unpublish at any time to take a sale offline.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can edit or delete your projects and items in the app, update your account details in settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
