Privacy Policy

Account information you provide — name, email, business name, and password. Content you upload — estate photos, item details, prices, and sale information. Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not collect or store your payment card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy.

To provide and improve the service, process your inventory with AI identification and pricing, operate public sale pages you choose to publish, process payments, send service and billing emails, and provide support.

We share data only with vendors that help us run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI identification and pricing of uploaded photos), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and PostHog (privacy-preserving product analytics). We do not sell your personal information.

We use privacy-preserving product analytics (PostHog) to understand how the service is used and improve it. We do notuse advertising cookies; an anonymous identifier is stored in your browser's local storage. Session recordings, where captured, mask all text and form inputs and are configured to exclude personal and claimant information.

When you publish a sale, the items, photos, descriptions, and prices you choose become publicly viewable at the link you share. Private notes and pricing evidence are never shown publicly. Unpublish at any time to take a sale offline.

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can edit or delete your projects and items in the app, update your account details in settings, and request deletion of your account by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
